overall experience was good but the persons was coming again and again with tea, water, maagie and so on. It was disturbing. I guess there should be online food order system. One can order online by mentioning the seat number and quantity of the items. Otherwise people who are not aware with the online system, for them there should be a bell for ordering anything.

thali is good but pullow and biryani very very worst total wastage of money. uncooked rice serve in so called biryani and tea quality also very bad IRCTC must change tea quality so everyone enjoy tatste of tea in train ek baar sahi tea serve to karo guarantee your tea sale make record 10 ki nahi 15 ki do par qualty do ye meetha pani dena band karo

Time pe train aati nahin hai, saaf Safai nahin hai, har jagah kachra faila hua hai, washroom bhi saaf nahin hai, train bahut let mein aati hai, aur cockroach bhi hai seats pe, khane mein Kanta mila hai aaj

5hrs late seriously 😐 you guys should work on this..its pathetic if there is any emergency and we are not sufficient to pay extra money so of course we have only one option for traveling which is train and now a days every train is coming late ..pls look into thiss

Train is diverted and delayed at every station, yet no announcement no information or delayed information. so many elderly passengers troubled. who is responsible for this.no Ticket checker is available in the coach to inform in the train. very disappointing circumstances. Very very sad.

Toilets of the train is very dirty and we showcase our country very clean by swach Bharat abhiyan, that is why other countries are better in cleanliness, usually tourists of other countries are also getting the same experience in our country, kindly railway ministry should be more focused on the cleanliness of the toilets of train

no cleaning, no chatting port, in the train IRCTC staff working without ID and talking extra Charge on printed MRP on their product,its my very bad experience.

toilets don't have water, coaches have extra umm not extra, ultra extra waiting list passengers, ticket checker didn't come to check tickets and tea vendors keep buzzing in your ear. ooh how can I forget that train was running 3:30 hours late as well.

punctuality is good but train condition is critical...no charging points in train at seats. pantry car people dress were dirty...no grooming...food nd wtr charged high.. with food didn't gave water...when I asked then they felt excused..

Food is generally not good, expensive too. Earlier, about 30/40 years back puri bhaji used to be better. But now Janata Khan's is also worst. May be of ₹20 or 30, but it should improve. Anyway, hope for good.
