The seat curves and windows are very dirty. There is spit after eating paan goa gutkha. There is a lot of garbage lying around. All the toilets are dirty, very dirty. The water is not coming properly. The pressure is very low. There is a foul smell wherever you sit.
The train is arriving on time, but the train pilot is causing a lot of jerks, causing discomfort to small children. Even if they are sleeping, they are jolted. Even while sitting, they are jolted. It feels like they are about to fall. They can't even stand properly. The train pilot is unable to drive evenly.

Food is the most worst in the world through IRCTC asper the rate as well as quality. As per ticketing system also super worst. I ticket was on RAC from starting journey point & until last designation also my ticket was not confirmed. But even they are selling empty seat for good amount in front me. Very cheap & poor management .

Worst Train ever I have also booked two more times I want to cancel now , 6hours late ???? not acceptable . and even if there is no pantry Duronto or other express train provides atleast some vendors from whom we can buy food but there is nothing only chips and snacks are provided.

disgusting train timing....7 hours late are u guys joking..this was ma first and last journey in this train..plzz aise trains bandh hi kardo..jab punctuality se isko koi lena dena nai toh..poore tour plan mera iss train ke wajah se..ulta hogaya..

Many without reservation passengers are acupaid berth no security gard t c cheaked the boogi but without reservation passengers are still thear & distubed other authorized passengers please boost security system & t c sttaf

The coach used for 2AC is the worst coach used for this train.Looking at the condition of the coach the railway should return 3/4 of the money for the ticket collected.This situation is going for so many years.When the railways will think for it.

boarded from thane and train starts from LTT but then too toilets were dirty, shit all over. when complained to TC, he acted as if everything is very good. when complained him continuously for cleaning then he told that I'll convey the staff for it but nothing changed till I was there in the train. worst experience

Late arrival. Could not cover up for the delay as superfast trains overtook and this train was stranded. Water was not available in toilets. Looks authorities do not give much importance to passengers travelling by this train

One of passenger birth no. 65 & 68, there luggage theft around 3-4am early morning. No SECURITY, No T. C. Once ticket checked when train left Mumbai.
Passanger don't know where & whom to launch complaint. Their language problem and very poor.

I was in train and I asked t.t to provide me berth as i am escort with handicapped passenger. I said tt that one berth is confirmed on which handicapped person will sleep and I am his attendant and I only have WL1 and instead of giving me berth he was giving birth to those passenger who are coming with unreserved ticket or general ticket. I argued him and he got to know that i spoke that passenger to whom he given seat by taking 400 rupees he sent another tt to me and provided me a seat just 30 mins before my destination. Whole night i have survived with the handicapped person. I request authorities to please take strict action against such person's behaviour.

Toilets are not cleaned and there is no handwash available.
Pantry facility is not there.
Sir we indian are not required bullet train in present if possible please increase the number trains or coaches to finish waiting list then after bullet train will be successful in india.
