diverted train ,no pantry available.Travel time is more than schedule.Not recommend to travel.Railway govt. should propose shortest route from Tata nagar to kota/Jaipur.

experienced a good journey..but this is 2nd time I didn't get seat as my preference. my mother was traveling with me, she has arthritis , that's why I always put lower berth as seat preference..but I didn't get. Kindly look after this matter.
