One of the worst and unhygienic CC bogie, seats are broken, no plastic jalu for keeping water bottle, snack tray are not working properly. kindly revert back with results

chair car section of the train is worthless for traveling. no hygiene or proper maintenance of the coach. many seats are broken. its more like punishing oneself by booking the train. Good luck in finding good and clean washrooms. the way its maintained the fare for AC should not exceed 400 per person till end destination for the poor upkeep and stinky wagons.

wash room was not clean. and booking dibbe me koi bhi Atta he public general dabba banake rakha he. no tc for tickets check in.. plss improve your service.. not good

one of the worst experiences ever. The food guy charged much more than what the item price was and also refused to give the receipt for the same. the food was not tasty at all. won't ever recommend anyone to travel using this train

I traveled in ac 3 tire but I look as sleeper class . punctuality is very bad. And condition of bathroom is dirty. There was no water in my coach.

I was in D2 block whose windows are not getting closed, there is little gap , the cold air comes in through this gap inside the train. the door lock is broken from upside so the door doesn't get lock
