sir meri train miss ho gayi aur Am Pm bhi chart pe nahi tha muze refund bhi aya Aap ki team ispe resolve work kare aur ghadi ke time table ke opp Am he ki Pm he mention karo muze refund kariye me duper ko gaya station pe aur ye train he raaat ko pls iska time table thike mention karo

Train is awesome nd dot on time .... I would really appreciate the timings nd punctuality of the same nd would always prefer to go to Mumbai frm Nashik nd back .... 10/10

my experience was pathetic...i didn't board the train , because by mistake my ticket got cancelled from the app due to a touch problem...
I contacted the customer service but they directly said me we cant help you in this matter...your ticket is cancelled... because of this I faced so much of trouble

There are many people without tickets in the railways and those who have tickets have to suffer a lot And I didn't see it at the checking, it's a tragedy, I don't think there is any benefit in booking

Train ki Sabse badi dikkat ye hai ki Festival me 3 mahine pahile tlreservation karna padta hai fir bhi nahi milta..... reservation mil bhi jaye toh jo genral ticket vale log hote hai bahot pareshan karte hai.... krupya GVT se meri hath jodkar vinti hai ki Nanded to CSTMS and Bidar To CSTMS ek or daily train badhayi jaye

i didn't get confirmation about ticket and also delayed by above 30 minutes so I travel in general also I don't have any ticket one off the worst traveling experience.

I am rating this as my experience in 2s reservation. In this compartment with all reserved and non reserved passengers and there is no one responsible here to ask. So many drunk people are here.

6 Dec special day its so ruf travel 3 seat but sitting on birth 4 person, & full on rush, general ticket person sitting on reservation birth & no adjust.

Lots of disturbance due to ticketless passengers boarding the train in reserved coaches and creating ruckus. It's a serious issue.

sir I am traveling to today rajayrani expires , I have tickets but no seat available the shed couch not be opened because there are reverse to manmad junction but nanded to manmad locked and no passenger to seat this is not humanity bad service to Indian railway and SCR division
