i travelled in M3 upper berth no 22 .the AC provision for is broken so that I could not able to control the AC flow... most of the AC provisions is broken only.

I had a very bad experience in travelling in Haripriya express train (17415),have seen cockroache in trains before but now in such a way that I saw in Haripriya express yesterday night and also one thing would like to highlight there is no information like expiry date, MRP printed on waterbottle and also water bottle vendor demands more price than it's original price. requesting you to please take this as a serious complaint and take a necessary steps towards resolution.

AC coach sleeping seats are not good, you can sleep well but you can't sleep properly, all the charging points are not proper, my journey was very bad.

i traveled in first class and very sorry to say it was a very bad experience. ladder to go up to upper berth was so small, no handles for grip, linen old, blanket smelly, toilets were so old and creepy, looks like were built pre independence. broken flush.Not at worth for your money. whatever pride I had for Indian Railways was severely hit after travelling in this train.

Train is working very slowly I am very upset after belgav crossing train is working very very slowly also m1 coach not cleaning proper daily so requested need to be implemented on urgent basis

cantrin service was not good as well as very poor quality of food was , very small compartment feel the window was also not working properly water was coming in from the window of the compartment

train is departure 45 late. And at Tirupati Railway station does not declare on which platform the train was departure for all public is inconvenience the Dy. station master not available on his chair he was at home 5/7/2022at 9.30pm later on I was gone in TTE office when annoucement train section but he was refuse the details of train he suggested to go station master cabin.but he is absent on his chair very inconvenient all passenger in this train must warned to station not disply clear mention the platform so do actuon

even waiting list is ours at 2..TC allocated seats to some other 5 persons for more money ..this is ridiculous being a govt employee... shameful act by TC

from 15year I know this Hari Priya exp Travers increase but night time only one train day one train you people don't have plans for next 10 year's what you going still this two's rails running in this track

Inside cleanness can be improve. Compartment was sticking though it was clean. Railway should use room spray to make more comfortable. Outer side of trains walla not cleaned from long time. It should be done on regularly.
