Seriously fed-up with the train facility. No cleanliness, that too more in AC coach and very congested seats even than bus seats. Seriously fed-up!

My Train travel from Belgaum to Khadur was pleasant .Hats off to the timing. The train left all stations on time .Except for some repairs of tracks the train lost time 3 Stations before Khadur.

worst ever all general tickets passenger are travelling with us only in reserved compartment, there no difference, and the ticket collector are no use they only allow them sit them in reserved compartment

in D1 some standing passengers is simply talking very loudly... it's very irritating can't sleep ... standing is not a problem ..but loud voice really irritating all

didn't order but services and quality of foods improved , we had cup of coffee and ate samosa , coffee quality and food at ksr Bengaluru , overall journey was good

only issue is in the morning time also persons sleeping in berths not allowing to sit in lower birth...Need attention by rail authorities ensure trouble free..

train quality was worst . because the seat is very small were v can't sit 3 in one sit ....
time punctuality was good .....Food wer sales in train from catters pravite tender ppl was very worst even the cow il not eat that food and the money was high soo plz update all kind of things which is necessary why traveling.........

App is poorly designed and requires deleting of destination and from stations after ticket booking. unnecessarily wasted 148 Rs with destination and from station error..

no control on general ticket reservation is filled with general ticket no place to even walk towards wash room . train TT is really useless not came to clear general ticket passenger really bad experience

Tran is full of rush and reserved person and non reserved person will be in the same compartment and felt like travelling in any private bus wr u can see people hanging near the door wr free ness is not there and waste of booking reservation

Most of the conditions on the railway have changed for the better. But much more is needed. The food is very poor, the quality is very low, but the price is high.

it takes more than 3hrs from Bangalore to Mysore.
very boring journey and the customers travelling from places like hubli/belgaum feel very low
