The AC chair cabin C1 had cockroaches, the toilet was not flushing, the seats are in poor condition with food tray latches broken.

App is poorly designed and requires deleting of destination and from stations after ticket booking. unnecessarily wasted 148 Rs with destination and from station error..

no control on general ticket reservation is filled with general ticket no place to even walk towards wash room . train TT is really useless not came to clear general ticket passenger really bad experience

Tran is full of rush and reserved person and non reserved person will be in the same compartment and felt like travelling in any private bus wr u can see people hanging near the door wr free ness is not there and waste of booking reservation

Reservation compartment was free since no general passenger werer not allowed.thanks for giving priority for reserved passenger
