If the wait listed ticket not confirmed, means the purpose of the passenger not fulfilled.
Therefore the entire amount ₹ 283/_ should be returned instead of ₹195/_Note:
Cancellation charges or anything deductible should be deducted if and only if the passenger operates for cancellation from his side.
I hope the concern will understand it sensitively.

Very Bad food quality.
simply everyone thrown into the dustbin in front of me.
if we ask why it's too bad quality and why no hygiene in food, catering guy said it's like that only and no return or refund he said with very high tone voice.
for veg palav they charged 100 rupees but it's not even worth of 10rupees.

we have booked ticket 3 months back, no one inform about the change of train timings indian railways or corfirm ticket. now no ones is taking responsibility of change in train time. very disappointed of this app

all of sudden train cancelled message. after few days same train started again then why it was cancelled. if we receive such message then pls mention proper reason.

I was in tatkal waiting list I asked to tc about my booking and he said that you will not get confirmation on this booking go get a normal ticket after that you can get a confirmation in AC and I was up set and this is the ticket I traveled

Train was 25 min late. Coach though clean was shabby looking not upto 2nd ac standard. Pl note not only north india but south india also deserves good looking coaches/trains.no pantry hence cant comment.

3AC coach berths are vibrating all the time while running. After10 hours of journey. I felt terrible suffocation.

3 bogies were looted by dacoits, between Satara and Pune, no policeman was in the train, police arrived at Pune Rly station, all trains which start from Miraj to Mumbai have police personals. Was a bad experience as poor people were robbed of Mangalsutras from the windows from outside, bcz many Windows were not getting locked, this incident happened round about at 1/15 am on 6th of August.
