The train was not clean, there were cockroaches in the AC2 bogey and the bathrooms were not cleaned after the last trip. Cleaners did a shabby job

The reason to post this one star for all was the coach general areas when we get in the smell was very bad as though the washrooms weren't cleaned at all. Also the allocation of seats in the coach for a family travelling together was like separate also all the seats were upper berth when elderly people find that difficult to climb.

the washroom was very worst it was not cleaned someone used and didn't flush it,bad smell around the coach and washbasin was blocked water was stagnant to be Frank I can't even feeling to give 1star for this train it was not followed basic cleanses

As usual of any Indian Trains : Toilets stink , Mafia running the railways food industry, Reservation of SL class is a joke - But be happy it's better than Northern part of India

In a reservation compartment all the unreserved passengers were travelling and the wash room was really pathetic The water was not there in wash was washed out people made it stinky and was not flushed out railway department need to take a serious improvement on washrooms of Indian railways systems

The cleaning was extremely poor. The berth was dirty, and I saw a cockroach running on the floor as well as the seat.

train reached one hour late..
food is worst...egg briyani, chicken briyani is worst. they regularly provide for all the same. all in our coach just throw away. They'll never improved food quality.

Keep Toilet dispenser of good quality and filled. I found them empty. Avoid frequent disturbance of Pantry snacks seller
