please put the food Quality as an option, because each & every passenger need not have Railway food. hence food quality staring should not must. coming to Upperberths the head rest side cleanliness absolutely bad. requested to look in to upper berth neatness.

Upto Vijayawada ontime reached.But from Vijayawada to khammam getting every time late. I don't use pantry so I given 1 star only because I don't know the food quality. Ofcourse very good train and cleaned good.

Really very bad Time punctuation it's almost 2 hrs delay at Secunderabad station, and it will reach sainagar shiridi at 3 hrs delay total my plans are wasted

The bogy was jam-packed by unreserved passengers and they seated on berths but was no action by railway authorities. There is no room even for going to toilet. This should be avoided by providing necessary staff.
