sanitation and cleanliness has to be educated to the uncivilised citizens on the hard copy of the ticket and need persuasion.

Cleanliness is very poor. No pantry even for drinking water no provision very old compartment may be as old as the time of India got Independence

very dirty toilet. a diabetic that iam ,,, i ended up with UTI. horrible service from rail yatri... last moment they said no food... train wouldnt stop anywhere till late. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience after i paid for 2 TIER AC. 1568RS down the drain...
