Dear team,
Food i ordered got cancelled. it is not informed me ontime amd very poor level of service.
hotel name is pisharody hotel thrissur. hotel team and Swiggy is absolutely failed to deliver. the hotel is not confirmed the order and and i lost my money as well. Very poor level❤️of experience 🙏

The food was very poor; there wasn't even a plate to eat from, and the packaging looked cheap. No one should order this—it isn't food from the train itself, but food booked from outside.

There isn't even a charging port for any seats. And i need to travel 6+ hours in this train. And the seats are one sided. One of the worst journey experience in this year. Shame on you indian railway. And the train arrived the station late. Don't mind my food rating as i didn't eat anything from this train coach. it's just difficult to even sit properly

We need to improve the toilet facilities, especially latches, seat cover etc.
our cafetarat the stations need improve. also food quality inside pantry also should improve. tea/coffee at stations or inside the trains are not good. let them charge extra for good quality food and tea/coffee

The Name is Rajadhani but they Made it Stopadhani . Indian Railway is making the passengers of premium train to suffer with out any premium.

Didn't take food. Train was late from our starting station but subsequently covered the time and arrived at Trissur almost at the designated time. Journey was comfortable.

ഈ ട്രെയിൻ വർക്കല പിടിച്ചിട്ട് ഇതിനു ശേഷം വന്ന ജനശതാബ്ദിയെ കടത്തി വിട്ടത് ഒട്ടും ശരിയായില്ല. തല തിരിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു വരുന്ന സീറ്റ് വളരെ അസ്വസ്ഥത ഉളവാക്കി. ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ഒരുപാട് സമയം പിടിച്ചിട്ടു. നിലവിൽ കനത്ത ചൂട് ഉള്ളതിനാലും പകൽ സമയത്തും വിശ്രമിക്കേണ്ട ആളുകൾ ഉള്ളതിനാലും ഇതിൽ 5 കോച്ചുകൾ സ്ളീപ്പർ ആക്കണം

no pantry car available this is long traveling train pantry car is not available no vegetarian food and available thats too much on arrival railway station no vegetarian food is available

I had booked the ticket which was listed in waiting list. Before the departure TC asked me to take new ticket and he told me that the waitlisted ticket gets cancelled and the full amount will be automatically credited to the account. So I pay for the new ticket . so all together I did pay for two tickets. What about my refund amount?
