Subject: Complaint Regarding Unhygienic Conditions During Train Journey
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your notice the extremely unpleasant experience I had during my recent train journey from Pune to Arsikere.
The coach had a strong and unbearable foul smell throughout the journey. The odor appeared to be coming from overflowing or leaking toilet septic tanks, making it very difficult for passengers to remain inside the coach. The situation was so severe that I had to wear a face mask and repeatedly use deodorant just to tolerate the journey.

train me jo khane ka ya pine ka lekar aate hai uska extra paise mangna galat hai 15 ki pani ki bottle 20 ke 80 ki khane ki thali 120 ke ye har jagah extra paise kyu mangte hai unko salary nhi milti hai

there is no pantry car facility in this train for one water bottle they charged ₹20 & tea n coffe ₹20 and toilet also not clean and the train AC roof sealing looks open

very darty very bad experience. no toilet cleaning. no water in washrooms. don't book this train. too much price but no clean very bad.. i am very disappointed.

I have ordered online food ,The food quality is not good , Short delivery food, not value for money, they're cheated and looted, i advise Stop this and not order online, especially at VAPI Railway station, kindly black listed all

train was good. but punctuality wise was poor. was running almost 3 hours late after Kalyan station. many vendors other than Irctc keep coming.

Bad food ( so called veg. rice with no veg. and badly cooked) with no accompiment like curd. Needs improvement. Also because the halts on stations have been reduced. we are fully dependant on rly catering.

I was booked one ticket from Pune to Hubli ( Hubballi exp at 11.55 pm )for my friend on 31st July ( Balasakeb Kavtekar & tkt was cancelled automatically in the evening but refund not received .Kindly check & do the needful Payment made to through Paytam.

Late late late.Traine late by 7hour.At last time I arranged bus attend my exam.I really disappointed Indian railways.I booked train 13day advance.Train late by 7 hour. Reason may be anything.If train late by 7 hour railway department have provide other train ticket.Or provide double money back to travellers in the same day.why because at the last time travellers not getting anything to travel.If he urgent like exam, hospital etc . They have to go on time .If they are middle class people making self arrangements to travel very expensive. I really disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

TC only checked my ticket, but didn't bother to ensure I get my reservation berth to travel.
train was late but had good cleanliness.

Train was not up to clean seats are dusted and floor is full of dust.. food is also not up to mark in train just staff have not weared uniform and having a waste pocket book and asking for food.. how can a common person know he is food department no one has following norms and no one neat and responsive manner..
Not up to mark cleaning on vijayapur was really awkward and same happened in Gadag station..
floor cleaning staff was not up to mark leaving all dust and moving brooms just for formality..
