Worst train. Changed the platform at the last minute in Coimbatore without mentioning the coach position. Also it unnecessarily stopped many times on the way to Bangalore making our journey very tedious and annoying.

Toilet to be maintained properly once in 100km or 150km run or so. The concerned department should take decision in this matter. Water release valve for flushing out not seen. Toilet cleaning should be taken care for good hygienic conditions of passengers.

We traveled in A/C coach, uncleaned toilet, foot rest not working and two hours late.

we seat near the toilet and the toilet was like heavy smell(urine) there and we got dry cough and i have booked two trains one is while going and one is returning both the trains we got the seats separately like we 4 of our family members were seperated so hereafter pless look after that our seats are alloted within us not far away or seperated, and near the toilets plessssss this is not a complaint this is a request 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

very late, west than a passenger train . toilets unclean . People urinate. throw food and also spit or vomit. there was only one cleaning during the entire journey.

pantry food is very average .train 1:30 hours delay. and train seat 2s it's not comfort

Why should we pay ticket charges for express/mail category. Always 90 mins delay for each station. Horrible experience always.

Always delay by 1.40hours due which missing other train very bad experience, at night can't get proper vehicle to reach home very train will never gone travel again
