Train was more than 2 hour late and after halting at panvel there was a chaos and mismanagement where passengers were struggling to go towards local platform or even to the nearest stand just one bridge operational without lift . why didn't they halt it at platform next to local trains.the elderly people had a tough challenge to even cross the bridge

I have 3 major issues to point out. 1) the train's A1 coach had a broken door knob which the ward in the bogey said he will raise with central railway team. 2) the train terminated in Panvel throwing passengers in chaos. there was only 1 coolie per 20 passengers. if you have to terminate a train earlier than its regular route you must create alternatives and facilities for the passengers. 3) Panvel station had accessibility issues especially for the passengers wheelchair bound apart from senior citizens. I have a problem in my left knee and it took my 30 mins after arrival to step out of the station. absolutely dissatisfied with Indian railways.

train is perfect but confirmtkt side getting double money for 3 passenger and give only 1 ticket of confirm . I am purchasing 3 ticket and waiting list also 1&2 Waiting before 1&1/2 month and now ticket confirm with RAC FOR 3 PASSENGER. it's so bad experience with confirmtkt side . we never use this side

Side Birth is very Bad Quality Both the side seat was unequal, no one can Sleep comfortable in Long journey. 100% Back Pain was affected due to this type of sleeping arrangements & Charging point was also Bad quality when i plug in my Charger & put on the switch then switch thron out my charger & USB pin also not working in full coach .

it was late by an hour at canacona station train quality was below average as compare to ac compartment food quality was Okie Okie. as spl water quality was not poor. one thing to notice that Indian railway has its own a Rail Neer brand which was not supply by the venders instead of that they supply local low quality water bottles. many people try to highlight this issue but it's same

1)the train had a bad break or gear change system, used to give heavy jerks to every 15-20 min. 2) the seat booking was not customer friendly. The entire journey went by in adjusting and requesting fellow passengers, so that we as family and the mother- child can be together. 3) Had Breakfast (Upma served without chutney),Lunch (thali wasn't so good in taste) in general, not a comfortable journey 😕

a lot of improvement has been done in improving passengers comfort. However the following still needs improvement. 1. Cleanliness of toilets and locking arrangements to be better. 2. the behaviour and conduct of TTE as they want unethical means to earn money and at few occasions are impolite while dealing with passengers.

very bad experience with Netravati express..to and fro.. no announcements were made as of bogie details.. confirm ticket also showed wrong information..senior citizen faced lot of problems at udupi station because of this miscommunication... very pathetic experience..no security of passengers too..

Train was delayed very badly , the water inside the trains wash basin and commode had exhausted , it kept on halting on too many crossings , there was no priority given to this train to arrive at the destination on time , the tea vendors and other hawkers kept moving freely inside the train and making lot of noise. Overall uncomfortable journey,

purchased tickets in the Premium Tatkal quota paying thrice the actual rate, but the train was overcrowded from Kochi to Kannur and had to share the three seat berth with seven adults and 2 kids. when we tried to point out that this was a compartment was reserved people just grinnedand nodded. when we tried to tell the TC he just said everyone sitting there had reservations. very bad experience.

I spend RS.385/+charges for booking the above ticket. When I board in train the compartment was filled with sleeper ticket travellers and couldn't sit in train , because there was more than five people sitting.the examinar also silent and he checked my ticket and left.it was not travel, it is a tragedy.
