My mother is 51 years old she got upper berth after booking but 30+ years old man got lower berth. First correct this system. This isn't first time.

The train was 35 minutes late, not so clean it has many cockroaches around and in the seats. I haven't ordered any food but that's good to have a pantry inside the train.

Preity much food travel and nice timing the drivers where maintained but still need to clean and maintain the train couch properly.!! I seen more disturbing areas in train like ( eating an put waste in comportment itself and some disturbing saliva in side the seating place and on doors side, And the unreserved peoples where occupied oru seats . finaly thanks for asking me the feedback about our journey. keep going good .!! Thank you

Very poor experience.
❌ Cleanliness: The coach was dirty, with garbage around and unclean washrooms.
❌ Food: The food was not fresh and tasted bad. Definitely not worth the cost.
❌ Comfort: After the rain, water was leaking inside and the entire seat was wet. Had to sit in discomfort the whole time.

it's very nice.but karur to trichy it's take 2 and half hours.that's y only problem.it's look like a passenger
not express.I was left from mangalure.reached trichy at 9.55 pm.it was long journey.so kindly reduced the travelling hours karur to trichy

very bad AC 3 tier coaches 😤 had issues with AC while travelling through Palgat and was sweating outdated coaches so pathetic

it feels like a bus and lot of signals in betwn. D1,D2 coaches are not properly maintained even though it is a reserved coaches.

charge portal... D1 compartment not available..it's not unreserved... reserved coach correct....why are you charge portals not available? and train timing normally erode to trichy... mysuru express just 2hours only travel....and this is very worst almost 4hours travelling time.

Worst train route for IRCTC service. More stops and more delay of arrival and departure.Ignore karur and Salem division stations. worst train

very worst SE 1 Coach announced & Displayed Ariyalur JN coach no 11 after U/R.But SE 1 Coach has been attached next to Engine. we used to carry the child along with luggage S 11 to B1 coach. then wait for 15 minutes B1 coach, then came down to Virudhachlam St after that settled over SE 1 coach. this is horrible journey

Haven't used pantry. So cant give rating for food.
Zero star for Cleanliness.... the toilet was pathetic💩. It was totally unusable.
