there is no proper toilet facility as there was only indian closet available inside the train,which is difficult for the senior citizens and patients to use,it would be much better if there is an added western closet facility available in the train ,as it would be more comfortable for the passenger patients.otherwise the maintainence of the train was good

I had booked a Second Sitting (2S) ticket on Guruvayur Express. Unfortunately, the entire reserved compartment was occupied by passengers holding general tickets. No TTE came to check tickets during the journey, which caused inconvenience for reserved passengers. Even though I had a confirmed seat, it did not feel like a reserved journey at all. Requesting railway authorities and Confirmtkt to look into such issues, as passengers who pay for reserved tickets deserve proper seat allocation and monitoring.

Reservation seats also occupied in sleeper coach unreserved passengers, TTE is not Proper Respond & More Seats Are Empty But, RAC is not confirmed Tambar to Madurai, TTE WILL PROPERLY CHECK ABSENTEES, can place RAC tickets confirmed,i will complaint Railmaded App Also, un reserved Passengers simply sleeping in Sleeper coach will be enjoyed, But I'm booking but RAC then I'm Sitting fully thats worst, TTE Must follow absentees & allot RAC confirmed

All are set...but me,wife and daughter travelled yesterday...So many men's are look to saw the wife and daughter...they didn't sleep whole night...they are drunked... Seat No.S10 coach 71.... compartment fully girls....but they are owned our work and slept....ttr also good but he was doing their work....if any booking in future don't put on the door side....one more think heavy toilet smell for after tirunelveli stop.... kindly consider this request....is possible.....thanks

I reserved my family tickets to Mangalore from Trivendrum PNR no.4529065646. as per schedule the gap between two trains are more than 3 hours. Now the train is running too delay and cand connect at trivendrum.who will response and how the railway department arrange me to reach Mangalore on time.how we going to duty.

1.food quality very very unhygienic because they are using wet hand ✋️ for providing chat item's example samosa, cutlet...and taste is very poor. about my food quality star is. minus(-)5 star.
2.train quality bed spread no washable because more hair's are visible. you have any doubts you can check i 3tier AC coach so same -5star
3.worst food providing ontime more punctuality in inside train continuously but train delayed 10minutes for my arrived

never got a ticket.....travelled from Chennai to kayamkulam in second class..... halfway by standing.the ticket got cancelled and the amount is refunded but 100rupees is deducted as service charge......worst experience.........

when enquired about the coach position at tirunelveli jn (TEN) information counter the staff give wrong information. my coach is S1 &S2 .He gave the information that the position of the concerned coaches are 4 or 5 th from the engine but the coaches were the last position from the engine. so we have run fast to locate our coaches. Myself and me wife being senior citizens along with our members along with two small kids experience d bitter experience at tirunelveli jn TEN .At display the coach position white board. provide passenger helping mentality persons at the information counter

I was in wl 35 and got confirmed when chart was prepared.After boarding at Madurai JN I noticed about 20percent of the seats were still vacant..
TTE came to my compartment after tirunelveli.some passengers with unreserved tickets were also travelled in this compartment. Overall The Journey was Good

Lot of local sellers coming to sell their food products. But no address or contact details mentioned in packing. If anything goes wrong we can find the reason but not a person. Try to avoid local sellers or ask them to provide all details in their package.
