This bus is very dirty. The window is open in the bus. The AC is broken. There is no water bottle. The cabin is full of peanuts and the food is spilled. I want my money back. How can anyone travel in such a dirty bus? The worst part is that at the time of boarding, someone else talks and someone else handles the bus. There is no coordination between the two. Because of this, I had to spend an extra Rs 550 and came by cab because the bus driver did not have a bus at the place where I had called. I want my money back by any means. See the photo also, I am sending it along with it, return my money.

in my opinion these train was not good much better Avadh assam express.and also there food quality very bad.i reqamennded Avadh assam is better.

Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

Worst train Journey Ever..
Sleeper Class was full of Outsiders.. No TT checked tickets or visited in our coach during the entire train journey...
In place of 8 pessengers in one room there was more than 14 to 15 Passengers sleeping here and there...
worst train Journey.. TT must visit and check tickets at the time when we get into the train..

Very dirty, very high crowd in Sleeper and AC coaches, Toilets were full of excretes, no water in compartments. Very bad experience.

there is no pantry iin this train . Hence there is no choice of food quality to be asked .
Do try to introduce pantry in this long to
route train .

Worst train i have travelled in my whole life. Train No 15904 is not able to get even 1 star. 10 hrs late depature from Candigarh. 21 hrs late upto Mujagffarpur. i dont know how many hrs it will late till Dibrugarh.
No pantry car.
No cleaning staff.
blocked & dirty toilet. intollerbale bad smell.
AC not working properly.
Overall fully wastage of money for AC passenger.
Nothing is good.

The food pantry was absent. When I enquired with one of the man who was serving the food, he told me that the Indian railways have banned the food pantry car due to the price issue.
My concern is that this act have neither improved the food quality neither the price of the food as the person use to order the food through calling some numbers. My journey was very much worse this time.
