My ticket was cancelled as it remained fully waitlisted. I opted for the 2X Alternate Travel Plan. The app showed a coupon worth up to ₹900, but after claiming I received only a ₹450 coupon. I have already received ₹450 refund in my account. Please check why the eligible coupon amount is only ₹450 and help me get the remaining benefit. PNR: 2842303709.

worst train ever seen ,unhygenic train, misbehaviour with staff,full croach filled train ,I think this is so poor experience with my family,ban this train

Worst train. No cleanliness inside the coach. Dirty and super smelly washroom. lots of cockroaches. Couple mouse inside the coach. The train got delayed by 7-8 hours.

I'm very disappoint these time travel Garib nawaj EXP first things we are paying 2nd ac class ticket but we found 3rd economy class reason is boggie was not good condition I understand but rrd economy coach no water no cleaning and these staff did not work properly

There were so many cockroaches running inside the AC coach. This is completely unacceptable for Indian Railways. Passengers expect basic hygiene, especially in AC compartments.

whole train stinks with toilet smell, passengers going to Bihar are the major passengers, they carry huge luggage with them which makes the train more crowded.

very bad 😞 ye gadi kabhi on time nahi pahunch ti hai agar kisi agle station se koi aur train pakadana hoga to ye use chhod wa degi pesenger train se bttar hai pesenger me safar kar lena but is train me nahi very bad

ट्रेन में सफाई नहीं है बाथरूम हम गंदा रहता है पानी की कमी है सफाई कर्मी को बोलने पर बोलते हैं कर दे रहे हैं करते लेकिन कोई सफाई नहीं होता आप लोगों से गुजारिश है एक दिन अचानक सच्चे किंग करके इस पर कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें

train ok ok but Rush bahut hota hai slpeeper class mein but I am travelling 3ac coach coach condition bahut purane coaches hai maintanence bhi thik nahi hai

There was a lot of dirt in the AC coach and the entire coach was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. You couldn't even go to the bathroom. It was so dirty that even after paying so much money, it is useless to travel in such conditions.

you will wonder in this train whether you are travelling in a train or a garbage dumpster,you will find cockroaches,spiders in the train,with unclean toilets and even the 3AC coach will look like a general class coach and the coach attendants were pathetic who will not even listen to your request and have no manners and an ounce of professionalism in them

Good Train. coaches are neat and clean. It's running thrice a week from Kishanganj Bihar to Ajmer Rajasthan. It's best train for devotees of Khwaza Moinuddin chisti dargah in Ajmer. Train running slightly late. Train has no Pantry. Overall it's a good train.
