it was a journey full of nightmarish experiences, previously we were allocated lower burth but at the eleventh hour at the starting of journey that it was changed to upper burth, which posed a lot of problems since we both were senior citizens and heart patients, We spent all the journey time requesting and sitting with the passengers of lower burth, what was the fun of spending so much money,it was a an worst experience and we are seriously thinking of taking direct action by filing a damage suit.

This was the worst train journey of my life despite booking 2nd Tier AC. The coach was literally infested with cockroaches and rats running everywhere without fear. They crawled over our bodies while we were trying to sleep and even entered our food while we were eating. Not a single person in our berth could sleep the entire night because of this nightmare. We were forced to stand and eat our food just to avoid contamination. Absolutely shameful, filthy, and a completely disgusting experience.

The only plus point of this train is the train reached every station on time. But If I told about Toilet it's dirty And couch curtain, bed cloth, train wall, bed cloth provide by IR was not properly clean, even I'm traveling in 2AC.

train coach is very dirty and charging plug is damage , washrooms are Total bad smell and dirty, water problem in coach allready faces with hole distinction

everything is in bad condition train..even the toilet as well. very poor hygiene. small insects all over in train..

The coach is very poor condition and cockroach, bug, insect are welcoming in everywhere. Is this Indian Railway facility and care. I never recommend this train again.

RAILWAY SHOULD REIMBURSE THE TICKET AMOUNT WHEN TRAIN IS LATE MORE THAN ONE HOUR AND RAILWAY AUTHORITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATE OF THE TRAIN SHOULD APOLOGIES TO THE PASSENGERS AND THE REFUND OF PASSENGER TICKET SHOULD BE FROM THE SALARY OF RAILWAY EMPLOYEES IN THE AUTHORITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATE OF THE TRAIN.
