in A1 tier, only few people received blankets, no water bottles were served and the onboard food service. they took my order but did not deliver the food. The overall experience was very disappointing.

the worst train I have ever booked. Neither am I going to book in my future nor am I going to ask anyone or refer to. the dirtiest train probably in this world. Even the outside salesman doesn't wanna sell anything here. this much worse train is this. There was no food in this and here ur asking us for food ratings.

My PNR number is 6335241803. I felt very embarrassing today, because we talk about the ink India, the bribery is at its peak.Today, despite the seats being available in coach number B1 of train number 15999, TT did not clear the RAC. He took some cash from other people and gave them seats while they did not even have a general ticket.Today, 30 number 3 and 6 number seats in B1 bogey were empty.

I booked 3 Ac tier at Rs 535 only, when I boarded the train, I learned that I have to share my seat with another passenger! Pathetic, You pay a hefty amount for a comfortable travelling and they let you share seats. Nagaland express train from guwahati to Dimapur on 23/12/18 at 11:30 pm, just imagine sharing seat for sleeping as well!!

Condition of train is worst and toilet is not good at all, toilet gate were broken and flush was not working and there was bad smell too.
