train has been canclled but govt must provide another train to all passenger who has ticket in this train. what will passenger do if train is canclled. its not his or her fault. so govt. has to make certain rules which a cnf ticket holder can travel in that ticket in another train.

There was a lot of dirt in the train and I had to face a lot of problems because my seat was not confirmed. Later talked to T T and got the seat confirmed but he did not do it without money.

cleaning is very poor, no hygiene standards follow, In coaches cockroach & rat travelling with passengers all time, after complaint no any action, dustbin overflowing, max toilet are blocked , totally worst.
