quality- very poor cleanliness. over crowded. TTEs were behaving very badly as if they were owners of train.
punctuality- running seven hours delayed.
Food quality- charging double from rate prescribed.

there is not working AC in coah B1and others AC coach..very difficult facing by passenger...still not repairing...coah staff and TTE also shut your mouth...

AC coach looks like general coach. Compartment is very dirty. No cleaning staff available.

during the journey I noticed washroom condition was very poor... and second thing the local ticket passengers comes to reservation Coach and block the door and washroom area....and if possible please stop those person who distributes prohibited items likes cigarettes gutka and all....

Toilet is not clean any station so bad
Food price are taking veg RS 80. NO SPOON , NO WATER .NO BILL . FOOD QUALITY IS ALSO BAD ...

in one word I would say Awesome....

the catering staff of the train are vehemently rude and so if you are looking for help from the pantry then don't bother requesting them cause they won't lend a helping hand in anyway regardless of your situation.

it's not good, every time too much late, I am not happy the train,no clean, darty bad roll, No cile RAC at the moment tikets collateral don't respond, he demanded money please let me know Jaipur to Patna not ciler RAC what about sistem of Railway I am hopeless train. please check your end

very bad punctuality of time like as local train and seven day running honi chahiye only 2 day nhi then we get easily confirm seat and arrange more train for rajasthan route

Very Pathetic travel experience ever had in 15631 travelling on 2nd of August 2018. Really Indian railway need to improvise a lot. The Train was 6 hours late, Moreover, when we boarded the train at 21:30 hrs the pantry staff refused to provide us dinner giving excuses that their were no more ration left in the pantry. We a family of 3 with our 6 year old child has to sleep empty stomach. In 2 tier AC (which was the top most class) I was provided 3 different seats A1/16 UB, A1/41 SL &, A1/42 SU. Lastly the bedding stuff that we got was used by passenger that has already reached their destination earlier to NJP. It was on my child's request that we traveled by train her first experience & probably my last.
