Dear Indian Railways... though we have confirm reservation ticket suffering a lot due to huge gathering of extra non reservation ticket..no water coming in toilets...its totaly unbearable...my wife is 6month pregnancy...so could you please give me some help to find how to attached atleast one extra boggy for extra people ? And food wality also not good but they are charging more then a restaurant for a meal.

WORST TRAIN JOURNEY EVER !
Zero punctuality,poor service.
The train was already 3hrs late when I got up from NJP, it stops every fucking 2-3station for like 20-30min each time. Till now it has stopped 13 times from NJP - GHY which equals to 260min - 4hrs stoppage + 3hrs prior delay 🥲. Completed the 8 hr journey in 15 hrs

Very Bad even in reservation additional persons more than 70 to 100 has been there sitting down even we can't go to wash room highly hectic situation with heavy suffication due to over load occupancy no control on extra persons.
Why railway authorities not taking any actions.

All services are very poor. I had vegetable meal its charge 120/- and the quality of food very bad.

To control TT personal to stop unlawful practice in train n ensure special chek n RRP personal patrolling. Overall services need to improve a lot
