Lack of cleaning, it's dirty everywhere, it's like a local train people are travelling without tickets and sleeping in the passage. People are coming from sleeper and using toilets.

The train is good for travel from Rxl to Anvt but it has got many time slagss railway could give 17 hrs of time to this train but due to too many slag it's an average train. And it has 24 hrs of run in Daily basis but also it doesn't have pantry car railway have to improve some things on this train

Confirm ticket chor plateform hai, kyuki Red Rail ya Make my trip se mai trip garantee ticket liya hota to RAC ticket pe trip garantee ki paisa return kr deta

the croud was unexpected... the tt was fined the whose person which are travelling with general compartment Ticket and then they people sit in the slipper class... that's why the reservation people faces some trouble

train 4 hours late.. reservation seat ko general pasenger chapter karte hai. 139 pe call karne ka bhi koi solution nahi. same on this train... koi star k laydk nahi hai yeh train.š”

train in not on time it's always run delay...very dirty. .. bathroom are not cleaned...even bedsheeand blankets are not cleaned ...not proper sanitation ššš

only one train direct from raxual to Anand vihar......train is not bad but actually it's not well maintained in cleanliness and food is a problem in it......

The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty in every pack. As they have been pressed and packed without washing.
I had brought my home cooked food in the train. I didn't eat the food served in the train just to give rating and I am giving 2 stars considering the facilities.

we do not have another option other wise this train is the worst train.1st ac is the worst it is infested with rats and roaches.Toilet fittings are broken or missing and toilet is very dirty.Cabins are not cleaned since the train was commissioned it seems.

Train ko all ready bahut jyada time diya gya hai uske bad v agar late ho rhi hai to ye bahut hi galat hai. Railway ko isme sudhar ki jarurat hai. Aur train ka jo schedule time lagbhag 24 hours diya gya hai ise v km krna chahiye
