Everything was average but the food quality wasn't good enough and you can't expect 100% from them because there are few responsibility which should be followed by ourside.

Train starting from SMVB T whereas in running or time table showing yesvantpur. Even it is not touching YPR or passing through.

bathrooms are full darty.smell coming from the bathrooms
they are changing 100 rs only dal rice
i have ordered veg food
when i got my food the food was mixed dal rice and some potato

The train lavatory was very dirty and the reservation system of railways is devastating as it takes full fare for a single seat from two passengers by providing them RAC ticket..

Since 1st a c is attached immediately to general coach so no control in toilets/ lavatory by general coach passengers kindly took suitable steps to control on entering unwanted passengers on stopping stations

In continuation of my earlier remarks I have to point out that coach position of the train was not displayed in Arakkonam station. Also contacted ENQUIRY and Station master. They also were helpless. Confirm ticket app showed that BE coach will be 19th. Railway information in web shown at 6th position. A differently abled senior citizen with kith children had to run to enter the coach.

train is full rush and reserved seat holders could not get their seat as no ticketers occupied the seat.And even tc or any authority of train didnot visit throughout the journey.It seemed like a general coach not a reserved one.Really this is pathetic and harassed jiurney i have ever made...no any control no any systematic by the rly authority...

Long distance trains should have menu for breakfast. Serving bread n culet is age old breakfast menu. The serving system and quality was also very bad. Under such system it was a last choice to buy from pantry as the train got delayed by 4 hours without information to passengers.
