yesterday my train was approximately 3 hours late. During the waiting period, the AC in the 3A waiting area was switched off, which caused a lot of inconvenience and discomfort to passengers.
Kindly look into this issue and ensure that proper facilities are maintained for passengers in the waiting area.

ट्रेन के समय में कोई दिक्कत नहीं, भीड़ भी नहीं थी, पर गंदगी बहुत ही शौचालय में पानी भी नहीं आ रहा था सफाई से संबंधित समस्याएं थी। khana khaya nahin to iske bare mein nahin Bata Sakta.

train was very late. I need an explanation on why they took almost 1 hour in the last 10 kms to Gorakhpur. such late cultures should not be entertain. they must calculate everything in advance.

The train is good but it needs some more improvement. Sometimes it feels like you are travelling in a passenger train. The train stops at every station, above all the speed of the train, the train needs some more improvement in all these.

Never do journey by this train...even if you book ticket in sleeper class, doesn't matter, that will be general bogy...luggage will never be safe and you can not sleep properly, train never runs On time....

train k toilet bilkul bi saaf nahi tha..... food use hi nhi kiya hu esliye previous experience k adhaar pr yah bi accha nahi rahta h

no pantry no punctuality. specially the AC NOT FUNCTIONED AS EXPECTED. TRAIN PLACED AT LJN WITHOUT FAN AND AC WPRKING.

सिवान में हमारी तीनों सीटों पर अनरिजर्व पैसेंजर कब्जा किए हुए थे,और क्षमता से दोगुना लोग थे। वहां से समस्तीपुर तक की यात्रा में बाथरूम में पानी भी नहीं था।

ट्रेन में एसी नही काम कर रहा था और सिवान तक के सफ़र में ट्रेन के बाथरूम में पानी तक नही था लखनऊ में सिकायत करने के बाद कहा गया की गोंडा में पानी भरा जायेगा लकिन गोंडा में भी पानी नही भरा गया

I booked second ac tickets but Ac service was very bad. On request the service man response were also bad.
