हेल्पलाइन न पर बात करने मी बहुत परेशानी होती हैं और सीट अगर कन्फर्म हो गयी हैं और कैंसिल करनी हो टिकट तो जीरो रिफंड क्यों करदेते हैं 50% तो बापस करें ताकि कंडीडेट अपनी टिकेट दोबारा बुक कर सके

ये सीट बुक की हुई हैँ फर्रुखाबाद से ऐश्बाघ तक लेकिन इस सीट पर सिर्फ बैठने के लिए स्पेस मिला हैँ सपोर्ट के लिए ना hi कोई कोच गॉर्ड और ना hi कोई टिकट चेकर आया हैँ
इस कोच की स्थिति जरनल डिब्बे से ज्यादा ख़राब हैँ
यहाँ तक की मै पूरा सफर खड़े होकर आया हूँ अपनी सीट होने के बाद भी
