I opted for lower birth and my ticket also depicted the same in the E ticket. when I occupied the lower birth, a railway officer accompanied by TTE and staff entered my coupe and claimed that the seat belong to him. I felt highly humiliated.

Train needed cleanliness and better fixtures. Was late by 2 hrs. No catering and prices of retail items were more than MRP.
