Trains bogy are too old and there are many insects like Big size Rat, Cockroach. In Bathrooms no water defect tap found.

The train started with a delay of 2 hours from gorakhpur station and arrived kolkata station at 9:45 A.M. The train was 5 hours late from tha scheduled time. Please maintain tha punctuality.

Nothing to say. worst experience. Old coach without any maintenance, Delayed by 3.5 hrs. No pantry. Our honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi should take the challenge to run existing railway better way before dreaming of Bullet Train.
