The bathroom is not clean and smells very bad and the seats are dirty, there is no cleanliness in the bathroom.

I missed my train aur ine Logon Ne Mujhe Mera Paisa refund bhi nahin kiya bahut bekar hai ab kabhi main is App se ticket book Nahin karunga kam se kam Kuchh charge kat ke paisa to refund karna chahie tha bahut bekar Aaya Tha Ab Jivan Mein Kabhi is app Se Kabhi ticket Nahin karunga

The train was delayed and it was very frustating.. no pantry available... AC were switched off most of time... A very sad experience

Time taken by train between Alamnagar(Lko) & LJN was 1.30 hour. It should be rectify by Rail Administration.

Required less time between kathgodam to Bareilly station and from Bareilly to Lucknow is better.

train quality was good..but its generally us who spoil the train by throwing tea cups/wastes in compartment...nothing can be done for it..even prabhu is helpless...
