The train toilet was not cleared,
mostly without ticket person bording an ac coches from Gorakhpur or various station till varanshi they captured seat and we all passanger and tc helpless, they are saying I m police and staff, please focus on this issue.
also check pantry guys for food tasting....tea was very bad.

Worst train ever I have travelled till now, Our destination was LTT but we our informed in Thane that this is the last destination as train won't be going to LTT & so we should get down thane instead of kurla.
Please don't travel in this train I had a very bad experience with my family.
Train taking too many Halt unnecessarily.

3 ghante ho gaye, train mein pantry gayab hai! Families aur chhote bachche tadap rahe hain, ek boond paani tak nahi hai! Na service, na khaana, na time ka pata! Yeh train hai ya circus? Kya bakwaas chal raha hai yeh?

Worst train, arrived 5 hours late with no information given by IRCTC or online or on customer care number, halting at multiple locations for hours, Ac is switched off during the halting period reigning around 2 hours and no water in toilets. this is the condition in 2A. God knows the condition of general and sleeper class. Their is no specific time how many hours late it will reach LTT.

ट्रेन पाच तास लेट झाली पॅसेंजर पेक्षा स्लो चालले कल्याणला तर लोकल ट्रेन पुढे काढले त्यामुळे माझे पुढील तीन ट्रेन कॅन्सल करावे लागले त्यामुळे खूप पैसे लागले घरी जायला खूप लेट झालं फॅमिलीच्या हाल झाले तरी कृपा करून ही ट्रेन एक तर कॅन्सल करावे नाहीतर व्यवस्थित चालावे रेल्वेने दखल घ्यावे लोकांकडून ऐसी को चे पैसे घेतात आणि पॅसेंजर पेक्षा स्लो चालवतात

Train journey was pathetic 4 hour late to destination, cleanliness people were seated in S3 but not cleaned the boggie, doing time pass whole journey, for which I complained online twice but nothing happened, mine middle birth ply was missing and I was traveling with handicapped son, pathetic experience. I don't know what you are doing after what I have written.

in SL class my berth 62 and Whole day I have faced tremendous bad smelling of toilet
In the reserved coach Unresearved ticket holders is taking seats and overcrowded coaches
this train is 3 hours late in Varanasi railway station
quality of train is unclean and overcrowded in reserved coaches

train was almost 5 hours late. mine ticket got confirmed as RAC at the time of chart preparation. I've not felt very much difficulty in ticket booking; however I had cancelled my previous ticket which I had booked through Confirmtkt but still not received the amount back since its already been more than 20 days.
I request the Confirmtkt to kindly maintain the refund policy to retain the faith of customers.

worst train i have ever board. no cleaning. they come for only wen train is about to reach the last stop. no electricity in our coach. called on emergency but no action was taken. later on every single individual of our coach complained on the number then after 5 hrs the action was taken. I don't know when Indian railways are going to take proper steps. grow up. Dunia badal rahi he. Ab to badal jao.
