i booked lower birth seat for my 60 year old mother but you guys gave me upper birth it's really difficult to sit there not happy very poor management

Passengers are not safe in this train as TT was unable to manage and no GRP staff available in train

2 AC coach is neat and clean.
but a critical problem is curtains are very bad .

पहले से अच्छा है परंतु toilet बहुत ही गंदा था , और आरक्षित कोच मे भी अनारक्षित लोगो का जमा वाडा था , कोई अनारक्षीत लोगो को पूछने वाला और ना ही उनपर नियम के अनुसार पनल्टी आदि लगयाई गयी | कानून और नियमो का कोई पालन नहीं था | जिस कारण से आरक्षित लोगो को बहत ही परेसानी का सामना करना पड़ा |

Train not started from Chandigarh but started from saharanpur and worst part z that it was not informed to us.we reached station then we got this information.all money paid for train z wasted no msg came from IRCTC for refund.

Railway is not confirmation on train cancelled this is bad. ALL passenger distracted and not refund my money.
