Train ka safar overall theek tha, lekin sleeper coach mein bahut saare local log bina ticket ke chadh jaate hain. Baithne mein bahut pareshani hoti hai aur wo log kisi ki baat bhi nahi maante. Hamara ticket bhi check nahi hua, TTE bhi coach mein nahi aaya. Is par thoda dhyan dena chahiye."

on time schedule, but 19054 on 02/03/25 MFP surat I have booked from Bui to udhna but running status show up to Surat only, this information from you create confusion in passanger mind, finally journey end upto udhna, therefore improve your application CONFIRM TICKET to show exactly location of train end. your other information is correct.

train compartment was stinking, after the hospitality services were done, washrooms were stinking, no water storage for washroom and wash basin and TT was allowing non confirmed passengers to the confirmed passengers seat. low maintenance, this train needs cleaning service

Maintenance of train was poor, there was no water from BGKT to DDR, coaches were not clean. There was too much noise due to which there was lot of disturbance. Kindly take care and try to solve the problem.
