The passengers of the Journal compartment had crowded into the sleeper compartment. There was no way to go to the washroom. In the end, the washrooms were dirty and there was no water.

मैं 2 महीने पहले टिकट लिए वह भी वेटिंग क्लियर नहीं हुई इसलिए रेलवे को दो डिब्बे एक्स्ट्रा लगाना चाहिए ताकि सीनियर सिटीजन को सीट मिल सके।

Bahut hi Bekar Facility hai , Ajmer ka urs chal raha hai is time pata nahi kiyu RFP wale kiyu strict nahi hote hai, log itne chadhte hai ke aap agar paisa kharcha kar ke agar 4 mahina pehle bhi ticket book karoge toh aap ki ticket pe dusre log Qabzah kar ke maje se jaeyge. Ac me Jauge toh cabin staff ka behavior bhi bekar hai.. kabhi Aravali train me mat jana Garib nawaz ke URS me.

feed back good service but There is no cleaning and 2 more general bogeys are required every train because the people who have not reserved struggle very much.. so please solve it.. Thank you

we got msg dat train is cancel from bdts later got the msg u can board frm bdts
when we reachd bdts we cam to know train is not avsilable at bdts so it was quite hectic for us to run all the way frm bdts to borivali really upset with this issue

waiting list people were to much crowded and my mom is paralysed with leg and we got a problem you should allow To much waiting list crowded it was a general boggie this is very shameful we paid the money and we can't have a successful journey

The train wasnt clean especially the washroom. Cleaning staff wasn't present also hand liquid soap wasn't refill and the soap container was filled with contaminated water or soiled water.

food Quality not well because I'm order dinner bandra on coach B4 58 rice like half boiled not satisfied charge for dinner 130 rupee

The waiting list passengers it's sitting on confirm seats soo it's my request to the ticket master please check all passengers tickets on 2S class in the train
