I would like to share my experience regarding the service in my coach.
I requested the staff member 3 to 4 times to provide me with a blanket, pillow, and pillow cover.
He replied, "Please wait 1 minute, everyone will be given." He first gave me the blanket.
I again requested politely for the pillow and pillow cover. He said, "Sir, please wait 1 minute, I will give it."
He then gave me the pillow cover, but despite requesting 3 to 4 times very politely, I have still not received the pillow.
Because of such staff behavior, my overall experience has been very poor. This is not acceptable at all.
I request you to please look into this matter and ensure better service for passengers.

very bad There is no cleanliness at all in this train. There is no proper arrangement of taps and water in the toilets.

यह ट्रेन जिस स्टेशन पर इसका ठहराव नहीं है फिर भी यह वहाँ रुकता है वाथरूम बेहद बदबुदार है और हर बर्थ पर मोबाईल स्विच बोर्ड नही है रेल डिब्बा बेहद पुराना है ओर इस ट्रेन में केंटीन नही है

TTEs are corrupt, They take bribe to allot seats to someone travelling without ticket rather than clearing RACs.

number one worst train arrival time 11 45 pm train delay 3 15 am bathroom not clean old compartment train going to slow I never seen this train travel

Bathroom bhaut ganda rahta hai anytime pani gir raha hai pura farsh pe pani ho gya hai aur cotch ke saf safai bhaut ghatiya hai badbu de Raha tha pura rasta

please avoid Indian railways this train and special consider Rajdhani and vande bharat all train are not punctual they are worst . even if you have to change train to go your destination andyou 5-6 hour you can't take your next train because Indian railways are worst . I have 5 hours between my journey train and next train but it was missed because my train was 5 hour late and I have to another 8 -12 hour for next train . avoid Indian railways

the train is not stoppage to siswa bazar station and my experience is train is very poor and punctuality is very poor

बहुत बोरिंग यात्रा रहा,6:30 मिनट लेट के साथ साथ रुट चेंज और बोरिंग कर दिया,मुझे गोरखपुर से सिवान जाना था,मैं पूरी रात डिस्टर्ब रहा,साथ ही हजार रूपये का लॉस अलग से हुआ।बकवाश ट्रैन।।
