Extensive pest control required in coaches (B1) to address the issue of cockroaches, mouse etc, bedroll quality, edpecially Pillow must be improved.
Food service not availed, hence 5 star given. There must be an option to record applicability in case of food quality.

Horrible journey experience...it took more than 3 hours for the railway staffs to clear the minor technical issue problem near jehanabad area...plus no RPF personnel were deployed in the train yet knowing the fact that this particular route was facing with this serious issues....people gathered in masses in reservation coaches... pathetic Indian railway condition
