duniya mein sabse bekar hai train agar 10 mein se 0 se minus dena padta to 0 hi dete 139 rail madad se bhi koi help nahin kiya jata hai

In B2 AC coaches, towels were not given to any customer.. the attendant asked that when the train started they will be given but they were not given.. when the train reached Katihar station in the morning the first person asked the attendant to give him a towel to make it silent or did not give

My ticket was booked from Patna to Siliguri TT is selling seats to people without tickets in connivance with the pantry car people. I had 6 tickets in which there were 3 rac but despite telling me, not even a single seat was allotted to me.

well experience in this train cleaness is good maintenance is super but one thing in ac coaches many vendor were came and they disturb us
so kindly take action on this matter only but every thing in this train is good

Train punctuality is not too bad. Side Pentry is available but for a normal thali it cost 120/- (vej) and for Non-vej it cost 190/- and Railneer is not available in this train only local water is available which coast 20/- per liter. Railway Should Take Action on this

railway should avoid RAC tickets in 3AC. what is the purpose if one pay full price and travel with pain adjusting with a stranger.

it's to dirty and toilet are not clear and toilet they don't have proper lock really it's very bad experiences of this train

clean train during start of journey but all rain water was flowing inside the coach s-6. Train started late by 25mins. not a single person came from pantry to serve tea.

Food pantry not available, cleanliness is very bad condition, toilet water is not available. IRCTC service very ba d condition.
Train not reached at time. Very late. I'm unhappy from IRCTC services.

best train..rarely late..visited regularly for 6 years..most punctual train..till date..railway food ..should improve...not satisfied
