food quality not hygiene, also vendor charges more then actul price like water bottle Rs. 15/- but they sell the same Rs. 20/-, also Tea quality are very poor

don't plan your journey from this train. Always late and confirmtkt app showing that ticket confirmation chances is 87 percent but ticket did not confirmed. This predication is very very poor

Very Uncleaned Bathroom, Train Is too late and Very slow and unpredictable ... worst experiance ever .... Mostly need to improve in train time table and Cleaning

when i travelled by this train on 10.4.22 from barakar to kamarkundu in a reserved compartment found bathrooms are too much dirty.extremely foul smell cant tolarate.

Overall it was a good journey ! But no quality in pantry at least they can provide good quality tea in 10 rupees but it was like always very bad

Inspite of Being a long distance train, there is hardly any maintenance in the train, specially bathrooms, which simply stinks, making them unusable; untill the cleaning staff and AC Attendant were compelled to clean the same

Passengers from gaya without any reservation ticket gathered they were almost 150 how the hell they get allowed to enter in the reservation coach

very poor management without or general ticket person without any hesitation travelling in reservation coach and tc not coming and not properly check ticket. and given ticket to without reservation person to take money and waiting ticket person suffering problem they not given to vacant seat to waiting list person they given seat to without reservation person.
