what is mainly good is the lavatory... it's clean and there is no suffocating smell

The Whole Compartment was full with unauthorised passengers. The Corridor and passage were occupied by them . It was very difficult to use the toilet. in the train.

lack of Western toilets in the 2AC A-2 coach caused me a lot of pain. I am a handicapped person.

water was not available in both side bathroom throughout the journey. Train reached one and half hour late to destination (howrah).

Confirm ticket service is very bad it is good for pnr status check or seat availability. I booked ticket with confirm ticket app. But when i was canceling the ticket i can't do any thing for cancel. Every time I was fail to cancel the ticket but any other third party apps is good for cancelling ticket.

very good, maintain Punchuality,SLCoache'sCarpets, window should more clean,Lavotary(Toilets)are very Clean.Placement of Train at JMP.very late as per other Passengers.Train good.

Train was not crowded during the journey but many passengers were travelling with waitlisted tickets.Indian railway should not allow waitlisted passengers to enter into the train.They make the train over crowded.
