Train punctuality=I have three time in this train and train is also on time
but train coach from inside is ok but
the side of washroom need to take care
and food is always sold at high price howrah and Asansol division need to look after on this overpricing of food

sir abhi bhi sleeper class ka condition waise ka waisa hai koi checking nahi hai , sleeper class me Bina reservation bale abhi bhi puri tarah se pack up hai

Not clean. Old compartment. Too much baby Cockroaches. Foul smell from toilets always coming to the compartment. Not suitable for long journey in the SL classes.

please less the time of this train it takes 16 hours to cover 600 km which is too much atleast it should take 10 or 12 hrs to cover the distance of 600 km

I reserved my seat ,but didnot get seat waiting list passengers and general ticket holder re also use same cabin,I am standing last 3he 15min with confirm seat ,but didnot get seat,ticket chekrr didnot give any value

sleeper coach looking like a genral coach with out ticket passanger are traveling but TT didn't find.... passanger this is very disturbing for me

No pantry. Food ordered are not healthy. Compartment is full of cocroach and other insects. Toilet cleanliness not maintend. Coach attendant not helping or Co-ordinating with passengers. People without tiket entering the reserve coach and disturbing.

the time travel is very poor
every day this train aprx 4-5 hrs. late,
no understand passengers time vailu....

Indian Railway super flop, it's a big joke they are dreaming for Bulet Trains. They should learn how to run the existing trains in time with proper facilities. Toilets are too dirty, coaches are scrap, there are no meaning travelling in reserve coaches at Bihar. General and Reservation all are alike at bihar.

train coach was very dirty. local people were boarded on sleeper class with general class ticket. No action had being taken by RPF and TTE. Please kindly give attention in this matter for giving better service in future. Because Indian Rail is our proud.

Neither the quality nor the punctuality was maintained... At first it was on time during daytime but a station name muzaffarpur , it took 1hr to start from there... didn't expected that much of late...
