how a police guard can wake up a travelling person when he is sleeping at 3 :00am and ask me only this is your seat whenever TT already checked my seat detail at 12am . plz look on this issue

Train was not arrived in Lucknow Charbagh Railway Station. So me and my family was cancelled our plan. So please refund our amount so that we can search other dates & book the slot & travel with my family.

we travel in the second AC and we saw that the coaches are very pathetic and old no one is there to clean and the bed sheets and kamalar so dirty they are not wash by the departments we spoke to the TC and attendent replied to us

punctuality...train late by 4 hours, reached lko at 11.00 am instead of 6.00 am.
food quality.....no arrangement in such a long route train kathgodam to howrah.

train didn't yet complete the journey and you are expecting my review.train was stuck for more than 1 hrs in somewhere near jhajha. and your app doesn't show live status, ridiculous

The train was almost 2 hours late at Muzaffarpur... before 5 minutes of arriving the train it announced that train is arriving on plateform no 1. You feel the situation that you are with your family and before 5 minutes it is not clear that on which plateform train is arriving. It is pathetic . 2nd AC compartment and toilet is not like 2nd AC...

Sabse jada to wanha ke local passenger jo apne ko railway ka staff bol ke AC dabbo me chadh jate hai or jinka birth rahta hai unse jhagrne lagte hai... Na wanha koi RPF rahta hai or TTE ko bolo to wo v local ka he support krta hai.. Bahut he bad behaviour rahta hai. Jo khud ko staff bol ke AC me baith jate hai.. Na he unka ID check hota hai na koi karwai...

The journey from Kathgodam to Howrah is too long , and it the only trian from Howrah , the toilets are horrible , local passgers board trian without ticket,or waiting list passengers board 3A couches, towels are not given .

its a poor train with a lot of stopages. Even though it is helpful for those who are travelling to kolkata from north india. But still it needs some manupulation and a little changes.

traveling for Gorakhpur... train always comes timely but this train is as like passenger train... more stoppages and too much time needed to reached Gorakhpur. It takes around 13hours from Rudrapur city and 6 hours from Lucknow.. Which is hard to travel from this train.. but there is no any option from Rudrapur.. It's our issue to travel in it. overall cleaning of the bogie is very good.. behaviour of ac staff members are also fine.

Too many stoppage. Railway need to re-plan their stoppages and halts timings. Worst experience. If you decide journey distance and time taken, it would be less than scooter. Get up railway, forget bullet train, correct these trains. Reserve compartments are full with un-authorised persons. No TTE or RPF escorts.

Railways always behave bihari people as stupid that's why they not provide any facilities for Bihar train route. No water in bathroom. No cleaning staff in body. Just bathroom clean in asansol station directly.
