It is an old heritage train but the coach quality, length of time and speed of the train just like a cow cart.
A panty car is must for the train.
change the coaches and reschedule the journey time.

As per rule government of India safe and safety is necessary but train quality is qualified safe but through punctuality means arriving late why because we don't no.food quality means depends on the person why should we don't now so results of 100% Excellent

no attender available ac running very slow after using fan getting feeling of ac, toilets condition very dirty and poor atleast once from hwh kathgodam they should clean

maine ek baar ticket book kiya tha per password bhull gya tha to ticket confirm nhi hua but payment cut gya
ab vo payment na to accounts mai credit hua aur na he wallet mai credit hua to ab aap he batao ki vo payment kaise wapas milega ok

shortage of water in some compartments, charging system horrible, local passengers without valid ticket disturbs the innocent passengers especially people wearing orange clothes. if this few things are checked then I think it would be a nice train.

I will never tavel in this train in future because no time table this train is 13 hours late running.Toilet condition is pathetic.please Rail Authority consider for future,This is the condition of indian Rail. Acche din Aagee ???

One star cut off Regarding payment
I have paid through paytm but they said that didn't receive payment so I have to pay cash where as my paytm wallet also deducted money

Still i don't want give that f one star also...
Travelled in 3rd AC But it's look like I was traveling in sleeper because several times we urged to down the temp. but the operator didn't....
Finally conclusion is that
Totally faltu train

Hand towel is not given through out whole journey.
Toilet's Hing(locking system) was poor, it should be good & like to easily lock the door.
T.T's behavior was very gentle as by mistake my older mother was traveling without ID .

The train come 5 hrs. Late.
But the distance between ljn to rupc max. 6.45 hrs.
So the train reach in rudrapur city 4.15 pm .
The train is late by 9 hrs. To reach rudrapur city.
And the sleeper coach bathroom is very dirty.
Nobody came to clean the toilet room.
Plz don't do this.
Swatch Bharat is very most important slogan.
So plz don't forget this.

Train birth was very old pattern. Cleanness was average. No Food/ Pantry car in this train. At least provide toilet paper/ soap with bed roll. Beacuse it very odd that now days any one carry paper soap from home.

This train route is too long and according to route time taken by this train is too much more
Pantry is not attached with this train is increases difficulty to travel in this train
