very bad experience...too loud..General coaches often become overcrowded with passengers from sleeper classes, leaving no room to move about. This causes significant inconvenience. The railway authorities should take strict measures to address this issue.

आगरा कैंट पर RPF टीम आई जरूर, लेकिन उन्होंने केवल बाथरूम खाली कराने की बात कही। कोच के अंदर जो भारी भीड़ (Overcrowding) थी, उसे कम करने के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया। बाथरूम के अंदर तक लोगों का बैठना यात्रियों की सुरक्षा और गरिमा के खिलाफ है। रेलवे को केवल कागजी कार्रवाई के बजाय भीड़ प्रबंधन पर ध्यान देना चाहिए।

भारतीय रेलवे में आजकल भीड़ एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या बन गई है। आपने अपनी आवाज़ उठाई और शिकायत दर्ज की, यह बहुत जरूरी कदम था। कम से कम उनके रिकॉर्ड में यह दर्ज तो हुआ कि इस ट्रेन में समस्या है।
उम्मीद है कि आपकी अगली यात्रा इससे बेहतर और आरामदायक होगी!

very bad experience I'm reservations about this train so I'm going to my destination but all the general passenger inside the reservations cabin we are not easily to sit or we are not easily to use toilet there is no ticket checker or no rail wU

3E ac coach is between pantry car and sleeper coach. Due to which there is too much movement of people in between coches.

मेने तत्काल मे टिकट करायी थी सोमवार की जो कि कन्फर्म नहीं हुई 1157 रुपया की टिकट थी और मुझे 880 रुपया वापस आया।। आपसे Request की मुझे बाकि 277 रुपया के पेसे भी वापस करे।। मे गरीब आदमी हू, मुझे 277 रुपया refund करने की कृपा करे

I got RAC seat in my journey from Ajmer to Sealdah, Seat No.55 for 2 people and we faced a lot of problem while traveling and the TT didn't cooperated while arranging a seat for us therefore we 2 people completed our journey in one SL seat.

it's very bad, can't explain it . general ticket person are AC coach so there is no different AC and sleeper or genral coach.No any safety.ii have complain multiple time in rail madad or 139 ....but didn't any response

in 3rd Ac..some unsocial, mismanners traveling..they r quarreling with the other passenger whole the traveling..disturbing others..the have no idea of rest tine or other rule of Trai journey..there are no security or manners to handle it..plz..take care of this cheap people...

Train has reached on time through out the journey but toilet and compartment of B5 was horrible and the coach attendent told that the cleaning chap has not come due to raksha bandhan. Nobody even bother. Shame on the effort put in by our Honorable Railway minister but we are still.!

Train punctuality is not good even, in our Indian railway, punctuality is not a part of service. We are paying to do our journey safe and timely, but it seems impossible to maintain high standard of punctuality and cleaning services. Thanks.

horrible n worst experience.....18 hrs delay...... now people should book ticket one or two day prior to its date for example if any one had booked for 26th Nov to reach on 27th than he should book for 25th....
