it's very bad, can't explain it . general ticket person are AC coach so there is no different AC and sleeper or genral coach.No any safety.ii have complain multiple time in rail madad or 139 ....but didn't any response

in 3rd Ac..some unsocial, mismanners traveling..they r quarreling with the other passenger whole the traveling..disturbing others..the have no idea of rest tine or other rule of Trai journey..there are no security or manners to handle it..plz..take care of this cheap people...

cleaness is pathetic. running 30 minutes late. food is overcharged and does not provide full menu according to menu chart.. Not provind any bill to nobody

Train has reached on time through out the journey but toilet and compartment of B5 was horrible and the coach attendent told that the cleaning chap has not come due to raksha bandhan. Nobody even bother. Shame on the effort put in by our Honorable Railway minister but we are still.!

ट्रेन में मेरा रिजर्वेशन 2 ac में था, लेकिन ac और जनरल कोच के ज्वाइंट पर जो दरवाजा है उसको पेंट्री वाले रात भर खुला रखते है, एक बार बंद करवा दिया था लेकिन तुरंत फिर से खोल दिया, जो की ac वाले पैसेंजर्स की सुरक्षा के साथ पूरा खिलवाड़ है,यदि किसी पैसेंजर्स का सामान गायब हो जाए या कोई दुर्घटना हो जाए तो कोन जिम्मेदार होगा। ac में सफर करते है की सुरक्षित रहेंगे, लेकिन इस ट्रेन में ऐसा कुछ नही है, सारी रात और दिन भर जनरल के यात्री एसी कोच में घूमते रहते है।

The train not running at time but late always 4-5 hours daily. Coaches eg AC 2 @AC 3 r found always dirty .The train conditions r very bad.

Train punctuality is not good even, in our Indian railway, punctuality is not a part of service. We are paying to do our journey safe and timely, but it seems impossible to maintain high standard of punctuality and cleaning services. Thanks.

ye train 8 hrs se b jyada late thi.. jisse meri next train miss hone wali thi. and attendent ka behaviour thik nhi tha..woh yaar yaar krke baat kr rha tha or linen nhi de rha tha.

sabse ghatiya sarvice h is train ki pure 4 ghante let hoti h. uske baad bhi koi confrom nahi h time ka. jaha chahe waha ruk jati h. or fan bhi work nahi karta h ache se.

horrible n worst experience.....18 hrs delay...... now people should book ticket one or two day prior to its date for example if any one had booked for 26th Nov to reach on 27th than he should book for 25th....
