soo many are entering without reservation ticket into sleeper compartment and creating issue and making difficulty for reservation passengers......when it started from ernakulam it was neat and peaceful...but then it was hell.....many passangers who speak hindi were making issue and occupying our reserved seats.

The train was late, and the washroom was very unhygienic, won't recommend to anyone ! railways should work on it ,
paid 2000 for tickets, not worth it !!!

train is in worst condition with zero cleanship and staff don't care . the provided dirt bed sheet . worst train for travel

Very badly maintained train....is Hon'ble Railway Minister us aware of this.....the southern railways have to learn the work culture of our Hon'ble PM.....sab ke sab kaam chor lagthe hein....Jai Bharath

Well maintained train. The railway officials and staff onboard are very helpful, cooperative and prompt with their duties.

Sugar in tea and tea supplied is too much. Arrangements to be made to supply sugarless tea/coffee. Quantity of coffee/tea supplied is less than 150 ml.

Old 3 Ac coaches, untidy, bathrooms not proper. western cammod at least 2 in one coach required for Senior Citizens. Tea quality is worst in all trains. Milk powder/ synthetic milk must have been used, tea leaves used is of 3rd grade, tea bags system waived etc etc thank God we did not go for canteen food. It's better they pick pocket money rather than providing tea / food items.

food quality is very poor.toilet in coches are not clean & has bad smell many time told to attendet but issues is not solve.tarin r late.

Food is very bad, advice carry own food. Toilets are very dirty. I traveled by 2AC, after paying a charges almost equal to flight charges, they can't keep the toilets clean. They stink.. Pathetic..
