very poor ?? window glass is missing in winter. S9 couch seat no 49. Complaint not solved. We suffered of cold the whole night.

TC was very unprofessional and giving me the suggestion about his skill for his job. It was first TC when train depart from NZM and he refused to provide me the seat. At the Mathura station he was salling the seat and earning Rs. 400 per seat.
Then I saw the another TC in train and I request him for the seat he instantly provide me the seat. But the first TC was really very worst person.
