seat pushback are not at all working, seats are very narrow and not comfortable at all, train was delayed by 10 min, then 15 min then again 15 min overall 55 minutes late

food quality very bad poha pkt costs Rs. 40 is totally taste less or even cooked by an inexperienced cook...very bad and waste of money not for me but for each and every passenger who had wasted Rs. 40 for breakfast...

there is only one Western toilet in every coach and that too not clean. difficult for senior citizens and those having knee problem. Food service is very slow and variety is very less

The train seats are very narrow, needs proper clean from in and outside. passengers are paying higher fare but toilets are VERY SMAILLY PASSENGERS FEELS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

भारतीय रेल्वेने या प्रकारचि गाडी रात्रीच्या प्रवासासाठी चालु करावी. जेथे रात्री 12 तासाचा प्रवास असतो व स्लिपर तिकीट मिळत नाही म्हणुन लोकांना खाजगी बसने प्रवास करावा लागतो त्या मार्गावर कमीतकमी holiday special म्हणुन चालु केली तर चालेल. जसा पुणे अहमदाबाद 12 ते 13 तासाचा प्रवास. कमीतकमी थांबा, पूर्ण A/c फक्त conform तिकीट no waiting तिकीट असे नियम असेल तर प्रवाशांचा प्रवास सुखाचा होईल.

train was late and there was no facility for storage of heavy bags and even seats was too small, sufficient distance should be there between two seats, there was was improper air circulation I think seats of SL coach are more comfortable than this and also much better compare to fare rate

Mukhwas should be served after Lunch & Dinner, Food Quality Can be Improved, & Menu can be Interesting. Also, frequent Announcements should made that Travellers should use Headphones & keep the Volumes & Tones LOWER,when using Mobile Phones so that other Passengers are Not disturbed.

the overall experience was not bad.however,I faced the issue of insufficient place to keep my luggage.I was only carrying 3 bags but I had to keep one beneath my leg space as other people had used up my allotted space on the rack above which was uncomfortable for my 75 year old grandmother as we had to sit with very limited leg space throughout the journey.My advice is that proper allotment of luggage for each seat should be provided and if possible space beneath the seats so that some luggage can be kept there.I hope my review is helpful.Thank You.

good but some improvement is neccessary, like food grade, unauthorised persons or ticketless persons are stancing on door-passages when train is fully occupied.

Train decor and ambience is same as of flight but there is not cabin space and luggage rack is very Short Can't Carry more luggage.Scheldue and Timings are truly great AC is Almost Ok. I Think You Remember Don't Take Tickets in Tatkal in it because the train is almost vacant you can book In current booking for cheaper rate.
