Worst travelling experience....
Worst Trains of NWR is Paschim Express and Golden Temple. sleeper coach at night looks like transporting dead bodies of Jaliya wala bagh.
Many times TC even doesn't come to check the tickets and if he comes he fears/ or don't cares for the people with general tickets, if lastly they comes on any complaints then they cuts purchi (penalty) after that they legally seats their but the main problem is people woh have reserved the tickets previously what about their inconvenience ❓ it's better railway removes the sleeper Coachs in this Two trains 🙏🏻 even toilet seats are also with floating potty not even use for urination.

never take sleeper seat. the people here doesn't even have any manner and plus they do not respect. ladies here feel unsafe and they are getting abused and harassed. I would have given 0 rating but it's not possible.

waste of time and money both, TC is not bothered what is happening in the train, n number of people without ticket are comming and sitting in the train on the seat and below the seat, rest rooms are soo bad that you may get sick after using the rest room, worst train ever

best travelling experience. Where as thanking the confirmtkt app team to gifting me by increasing my 3AC Class to 2AC without any extra payment. Would recommend all citizens of Indian and NRIs to book for train, Airways and bus ticket through CONFIRMTKT app only. Thank for concern.

RAC ticket confirm nahi hua... ek seat pe baithe baithe safar kiya pura... Tac ko batayq sab agle TC par daal rahe hai vo ayenge unko batanq....ek to hum foji upar 7 months ke baad jaa rhe hai chutti paise to sleeper ke pay kiye hai... or itna kharab service mil rahi hai....plz kripayq krke sudhar lijiye ye sab

We were in S8 coach with family but sleeper coach looked like general coach. People were sleeping on floors without ticket. TC came, saw the crowd and went away... Didn't take any action to non-ticket travellers.

worst train, local people are traveling every station ... lots of people are disturbing to those people who have reserved seats, lots of people are traveling without tickets, T.C are charging money for without ticker people the putting money in their pockets, this is not Express train, it's worst than local train... too much crowd and rush, don't go for this..... pls be strict to improve this train

I travelled in A2 seat no. 29. It was a side lower seat. Seat was not even. It was lifted in half as it was combination of 2 chairs. Lifted portion in middle of seat annoyed me whole night. I felt very disappointed as ticket cost is around 2300/-. It should be paid attention secondly light on seat was not working and there was only one charging point in one compartment

Indian style toilet stinks very badly. The worst part was that tea vendors were putting the tea pots on the floor very next to the toilets. The coach was pity bad in appearance. Used sheets and pillows were served instead of new ones. Please try to change the concept of the Indian Railways. Sorry to say, same 40 years old standards of Operations is in place.

ordered 1thali from IRCTC rated rs 120/-. No curd, no salt sachet, in place of pickle only watery substance with no taste, said 2 paratha but 3 roti sized for children. Said chole & mater paneer - no quality and no quantity for 1single adult in 120 /- . Very pathetic..... Staff is polite and co-operative.

excellent service. I travelled from New Delhi to Surat. checking is excellent. nothing a single passenger without confirm ticket in coach. party service is also good. food is fresh. also there is one volunteer per ac coach.
he is careful and helps passenger.i cannot fill any kind of trouble during this journey. it is very comfortable.

Food quality one star punctuality train is late bathroom not clean raat are there India railways never improve or Modi kho bullet train chaiye ho hai usko dekh tha nahi baada sapna dekh tha hai sab Modi ek jaise hai
