Train came almost 3 hours late to Vijayawada. I had booked a sleeper class ticket. My ticket was on RAC and my side lower was occupied by 4-5 people. They refused to vacate my seat, almost came to hit me. There was no TC, and I had to adjust somewhere else. Never ever board a sleeper class on this train !!!!!!!

the worst train I've experienced in my travel times , there is no difference between general and reservation compartments. toilets are also utterly worse , no railway crew didn't even clean it . the water isn't working. TTE came only once . overall this train is a bad experience

The very very worst train toilet is not usable and all are using gutka bidi in train in front of people with out afraid.no police no tt came for checking this is Indian railways condition .those who have no reservations taking seat forcefully.
and sitting in other seats .it's worst worst train i want to give 0 rating .

The economy class is cheating on us. Even booking tickets with extra fare doesn't provide customers any sort of satisfaction in economy class. There is no regulation of AC. Most of the time it is switched off and sometimes it is run at maximum power by the attendants. Please provide better service in economy class. Please don't make a huge difference between 3A and 3E coaches.

train running too late, I will miss next train, lose my reservation to next train and I suffer very much and request railway further not to run late, due to this our plan to next train fails, take necessary steps to avoid late.

In sleeper class of this train many passengers are ther without tickets and it's not the case for one day it's almost everyday 's issue .TT are also know this situation and also grp ..no police was seen throughout the journey .. please addressed this issue ..it's terrible situation In 72 people place 300 passengers were there ..how railway can allow this practice. please stop at your earliest. .

overall experience ok,
but sleeper confirm passengers suffers bcoz reservation coaches are now a days looks like General compartments even berth confirmation the others(don't have confirm seats & tatkal) they are arguing with berth confirmation passengers 🤬

Wanted to inform that did not take any food services. Just given one star to complete the process, it else will not be able to submit my feedback
Therefore request food rating could be out as an optional feedback. If not people travelling by train not be interested to submit their feedback. Hope this facility will be given to userss

the train is full of waiting ticket passenger in sleeper class.
Their no room to walk, keep bags under the seat, also no RPF personal is shown, so security concern is there. Train was late for more than an hour. Food quality is not up to mark.

train is not on time , 50 min above it is arrived. so many unconfirmed tickets people are traveling inside the train. Ticket collector is helpless in this case. due to non conformation people traveling, my luggage is not properly stored. regarding train cleanliness nowords to explain, ugly water is not moving and floating in Indian style. I completed my journey in S6 coach. finally I can say that this is a worst train and not suitable for journey.

the dirty train. we are not able to walk on the way to our respective seats. The worst part is all compartment doors are locked we were at the correct coach position but we walked so long and searched for the open door. The unreserved people locked the door happily slept in the door corridor. what is the use in booking a ticket at early.

There are multiple people travelling on single berth and TC are least bothered checking them. There are many people sleeping in the space between two lower berths. No officials came and questioned them in SL coaches. Worst part is, there were no police men to protect. As usual, when something happens..police tend to take it seriously n act on it otherwise nobody cares.
