I dont hav option to give below one star or minus it. very pathetic condition. recently I read it somewhere that indian railway is spending every year 1200 CR to clean only splits of passengers but indian railway dont even try to stop unauthorized vendors who are selling gutakas on train without any fear. I clicked some photos but here I dont hav option to submit it. think on it in serious manner.

Toilets are horrible, no cleaning is done properly, dust bins are often found over flowing...
I think toilets are also needed repairs..
no tissue papers, I have not seen anyone cleaning toilets...
long distance trains need utmost attention on maintaining basic hygine and cleanliness....

always come late by 5 to 6 hours passenger get tired because of late and please provide blankets by staff when passenger boarding I was waiting for blankets but no staff come to ask so bcoz of these reasons I gave underrating to this train.

Gitanjali Express which runs from Howrah to Mumbai is one of the 3rd class train I hope ever seen in my life I will suggest this train has to be stopped operating because I have never seen this trains comes on time from Nagpur to Akola and if this train is late further it will going to be late only this train never covers any time it is worst experience please suggest to railway department to close down the operation of this train

While traveling from ckp to rourkela being a short distance, it's no worth of ordering food. Can't say about food. Cleanliness and punctuality 100% 5/5 I give .But for train services from ckp to rourkela being very expensive. For short distance I paid 474/- don't you think it's a cheat. Anyway our government is just making the rich more rich and helping the poor a little but none for the middle class for indian citizens. Thank you and keep smiling 😃

is mudde per ziyada dhyan deni ki zarorat hai mera yeh safer bahut kharab raha please gadee ki pancualety per vishesh dhyan diya jae koee bhi halat me gadee akhri local train ke pahle kalyan tak aasake aisa shedul banaya jaae apne rae pochi iske liye tkanks

I request you or the railway organization not to allow Cigratte, bidi vendors on the express trains. I understand that there's a strict rules that cigrates, flames, kerosene, petrol are not allowed in trains. These vendors are the sources for the cigrates and bidis. There are RPF police on this train but they do not take any action unless they are spooned with some money in their mouth. I'm disappointed by this kind kind of service we give to our Mother India. I'm afraid, if such instances do happen to our foreigner guests, they maybe dissapointed too. Please take a quick action against this Cigratte vendors.

I have travel in Gitanjali 11/04/19.Is Train Ki S1 coach bahut hi kharab hai very bad coach washroom is very bad charger point is not working or general wale passenger bhi is coach mai travel karte hai or koi kuch action nahi leta very bad service??????

attendant in my coach A2 26 27 very bad behaviour and by several request the panitry not providing tea without sugar and finally when I ask for complain book then only they supply the tea to us after 4 hours.we both are diabetic patients

Even reservation is looking as if it is current compartment very bad condition and going to toilet is so difficult. So much of local passenger. And even food sellers like bhelwala and tobacco sellers were shouting at passengers . Higher authority should do something about it.

Abhi bhi bahut khamiya hai received train me tolet saaf nahi train ke windows bhi sahi nahi hai aur train me gutka tambacoo sigret to khule aam bikta hai aur train me saaf safai bhi zyada nahi hai train sahi same pe bhi nahi chal rahi hai

no any rule and regulation follow by TTE and A/C attendant . door not open at the time of getting up .This time compartment was as like sleeper coach . attendant allot his outer box to the waiting list passenger . How many problems be created to the reserved passenger you cant imaging . TTE not take any action the waiting list passenger . sweeper only do formality
